To say we are living in extraordinary times might be the understatement of the century. A presidential election looming large later this year, the stock market is fluctuating wildly, and oh, yeah, we are facing a global health crisis as a result of the coronavirus. All of this to say that uncertainty fills the lives of people across the world.

I recently sat down with Bill Lafayette from Regionomics, a strategy firm that focuses on the economics of communities like Columbus. Oh yeah, Bill also has a PhD in Real Estate, so let’s just say he understands the inner workings of housing and the bigger picture.
