Wayne Henry, Broker

Outside of a short, seven-month stint when I lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana, I have resided in Central Ohio nearly my entire life. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University, where I was a five-year member of the OSU marching band before earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. I went on to receive a Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin University in 2003.
I learned the value of hard work and respect from my parents, who, despite a lack of formal education, made it their priority to see to it that I had every opportunity in life. They also taught me to appreciate the value of money, and I carry these characteristics with me as I work on the behalf of clients from all demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I am also an active real estate investor which, coupled with my experience representing clients, has helped me build an extensive network of contractors, inspectors, attorneys and other professionals that can serve my clients should a need ever arise. Beyond completing a sale and making a purchase, I want to be the one that connects you to the ones who can help you achieve your real estate goals, whatever they may be.
Whether buying for the first time or selling a long-time home, real estate is about writing new life chapters. I enjoy being a small part of that journey and there is no greater satisfaction than knowing I helped someone achieve their goals. As your agent, my role is to provide meaningful and timely information that leads you down the shortest path to success. I am only successful if you are, after all.
I am a lifelong resident of Central Ohio, attended The Ohio State University majoring in History and had an almost three decade career in high school athletics. Coaching football at Grove City High School and Bishop Ready High School as well as being an Athletic Director at Grove City, Bishop Ready and Olentangy Orange High Schools respectively has given me a vast knowledge of various communities and school districts.
The passion and competitiveness I had in the athletic profession has carried over to my Real Estate career. As an experienced negotiator, I approach every transaction as a challenge to do my very best for my clients and do everything possible to make their home buying or selling experience a positive one.
I have worked with buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, couples going through divorce and families dealing with inherited homes.
If you are in need of any Real Estate services give me a call or email me, I look forward to assisting you.
